Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Florida market.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage and update client data in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Florida residency preferred.
