Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads to determine budget, authority, and need (BANT).
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads daily.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar preferred).
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude.
