As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients and providing solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Generate new business opportunities by making high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their pain points, and present our services as the ultimate solution.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments to determine the best product or service fit for potential customers.
- Closing Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to overcome objections and secure sales contracts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
