Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and redirect them to the appropriate sales channel.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persist until the sale is closed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
