Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential clients via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Present product demos and services to prospective customers, tailoring the pitch to meet client needs.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to accurately track leads, manage pipelines, and update client records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign feedback.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a high-pressure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
