Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM records accurately and timely.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Participate in daily training and coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
