Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to qualified leads in the San Antonio area.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to match them with our energy products and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through effective follow-up strategies.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to resolve client inquiries and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team meetings (if applicable).
