Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients to overcome objections.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately update customer information and deal status in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive company growth.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive tone.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
