Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Utilize CRM systems to identify, research, and contact potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Presentation & Pitch: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and clearly communicate the value proposition to prospective customers.
- Objection Handling: Manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence, addressing customer concerns and closing deals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and forecast future revenue.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Self-Motivated: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a strong drive for success.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
