Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to identify their specific needs.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Accurately update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems with the latest prospect and client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Reliable transportation (if field work is required, though primarily inside sales).
