Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to introduce our premium software solutions.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with the perfect product offerings.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing customers to drive retention.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a previous role.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
