Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns to generate high-quality business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients in CA and NC.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Resilience and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
