Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to present our products/services and secure new business.
- Lead Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client records, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Contract Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales agreements within established guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Reliability: Must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
