Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Present product and service solutions to prospective clients to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to overcome objections and persuade prospects.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a hunger for financial success.
