Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and determine their needs to recommend the best solutions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update records, and manage pipelines.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center operations is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
