Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and social selling techniques.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs and purchasing power.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to drive conversions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure and onboarding.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls per day.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for career advancement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
