Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain value propositions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
