- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closure using Salesforce CRM
- Develop customized solutions for SMB clients across SaaS and technology sectors
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consultative selling
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity reporting in CRM

Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close complex deals
