Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with weekly performance tracking
- Document all interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States
