Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts effectively to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to earn top-tier income.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelorβs degree preferred.
