Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions and close deals while meeting/exceeding monthly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document activities and track pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience (internships acceptable)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote-friendly hybrid environment
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
