Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while demonstrating product expertise
- Exceed monthly sales targets using Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Track sales activities and forecast pipeline accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- BA/BS degree or equivalent sales certification
