Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to B2B prospects via video conferencing
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Exceed monthly KPIs for calls, demos, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead nurturing strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Experience with SaaS solutions preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
