Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with qualified leads via phone, email, and CRM platform
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle from lead to renewal
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years B2B sales experience or proven track record in target-driven roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid Ohio driver's license (occasional client meetings)
