Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach campaigns
- Build pipeline and convert prospects into qualified opportunities
- Present product solutions via virtual demos and consultations
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with strategic follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM

Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales/B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in sales methodologies (MEDDIC, SNAP)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
