Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify and convert inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to 50+ prospects weekly
- Present product demos using Salesforce and custom CRM platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Maintain 100% CRM data hygiene and activity documentation
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets ($25K+ pipeline)
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments
- Austin-based candidates preferred (local market knowledge)
