- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management

- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call activity standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 99% data accuracy
- Participate in weekly training on industry trends and product updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
