Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and manage inbound leads to convert prospects into paying customers.
- Lead Qualification: Utilize CRM software to assess client needs, qualify leads, and schedule high-value appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients through professional communication, active listening, and tailored solution presentations.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide competitive insights to the sales team.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, sales activities, and pipeline data in Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and some holidays.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high energy levels.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
