Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound B2B sales leads via CRM system
- Present product solutions to decision-makers via video/phone
- Close deals while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission model
- Document sales activities in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with sales ops team for lead optimization
- Participate in bi-weekly performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
