Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to generate new business and upsell existing accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct professional product presentations via phone and email, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
- Deal Closing: Navigate the sales process from initial contact to closing, utilizing CRM tools to track progress.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and transactions in our Salesforce database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales support team to ensure all client needs are met and projects are executed efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work the weekend shift (e.g., Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred.
