Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Close deals over the phone and manage the initial stages of the sales pipeline.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and hit weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Follow up with leads effectively to ensure no opportunity is lost.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven.
- Valid work authorization for the United States.
