Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Build rapport with potential clients, identifying their pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
- Close deals and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Document all interactions and sales activities in the company database.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales methodologies.
