Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and needs assessments via phone and video.
- Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to update prospect information and track progress.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve complex client issues.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue per account.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote-capable setting.
