Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads during weekend hours to drive revenue.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to accelerate sales cycles.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and explain complex solutions to ensure total customer understanding.
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions and pipeline activity.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPI metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the support team to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and stay updated on market trends.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A self-starter mentality with a high degree of resilience and a strong drive to achieve aggressive sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
