Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to qualified leads.
- Engage prospects to uncover pain points and present our solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Accurately update customer data in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B Inside Sales or Lead Generation (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) on-site or remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and high energy levels.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
