Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage potential clients to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Close deals over the phone with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly quota targets.
- Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach campaigns.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and sales strategy meetings.
- Document all client interactions and maintain a high lead conversion rate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday) with a positive attitude.
- Strong desire to earn high commissions and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable.
