Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
- Close sales over the phone with a focus on high retention and satisfaction.
- Manage and update CRM records accurately in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead targeting strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
