Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets by closing deals and maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or telesales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong time management and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Resilience and persistence in handling objections and achieving quotas
- Local knowledge of Long Beach/Northern California markets a plus
