Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Close sales deals and achieve/exceed weekly/monthly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday)
- Continuously refine sales techniques through team training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently and self-manage weekend shifts
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- College degree or equivalent sales certification
