Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using CRM systems
- Present product solutions to prospective customers via virtual demos
- Meet/exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all sales activities and pipeline updates in Salesforce
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
