Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Build rapport with C-level executives to understand business needs and pain points
- Present tailored solutions leveraging our proprietary SaaS platform
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Sat-Sun 10AM-6PM MST)
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling and value-based propositions
- Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote work environment
- Weekend availability non-negotiable (no exceptions)
- Must reside in Omaha, NE or Pennsylvania (remote work approved)
