Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital channels
- Present product solutions to potential clients and close sales agreements
- Maintain accurate sales records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Friday-Sunday)
- Analyze sales data to identify market opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Weekend availability required
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
