Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure a productive pipeline for the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain complex solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure high retention rates.
- Accurately update customer data and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
- A self-motivated mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
