Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads and qualify prospects.
- Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions, update client information, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Demo Delivery: Present product demos and service offerings to potential clients, addressing their needs and overcoming objections.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Client Retention: Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and identify upsell opportunities.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and a hunger for achievement.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
