Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using our Salesforce CRM.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective customers to overcome objections.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and account details accurately within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, customer service, or a related field (entry-level candidates with high energy and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and handle rejection professionally.
