Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and account management.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update client data, and forecast sales performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets regarding revenue and activity metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
