Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers, highlighting key value propositions.
- Manage and update accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and ensure accurate targeting.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Conduct product training sessions and provide ongoing support to existing accounts when needed.
- Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative sales team.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
