As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with prospective clients to identify their needs and presenting solutions that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to qualify prospects and determine their specific business needs.
- Manage and maintain a high volume of leads in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on outreach strategies and campaign goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals over the phone and video conferencing platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality and a drive for success.
- Must be available to work a standard full-time schedule with potential overtime.
