Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and competitive positioning
- Manage full sales cycle pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation
- Develop deep product expertise to articulate complex technical benefits to non-technical buyers
- Participate in weekly sales training and quarterly performance review cycles
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets (documentation required)
- Expertise in Salesforce.com and sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via phone/video
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in objection handling and value-based selling methodologies
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
