Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage the sales pipeline accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
